Refund Policy

Since our hats are custom, personalized and considered worn, they are non-refundable & non-returnable.

Your design proof will be emailed to you before the stitch out is commenced.  Once approved, the stitching is permanent and cannot be removed without damaging the hat.

If I make an error, I will certainly make it right! If the error is yours, it becomes your “forever” hat.

Please check spellings, colors & your design proof carefully!
